The USAID/Uganda Community Connector (CC) Project, implemented by FHI 360 in Uganda, assists local governments in improving the nutrition of women and children and the livelihoods of vulnerable populations by implementing interventions that integrate nutrition and agriculture at the community and household levels.The project focuses on the role of women in the household, especially regarding food security, decision-making processes, and the use and distribution of resources.
