Joel Mubiligi holds a Bachelor degree in Medicine and general surgery from the national university of Rwanda. As a student Dr. Joel started the Medical student Mental Health Association that was highly involved in post genocide psycho-education at the community level in the Southern province of Rwanda. After his graduation from medical school, Dr. Mubiligi worked as a Medical officer in the Hospitals of Kibagaba and King Faisal in Kigali. . He is currently the Chief Medical Officer, where he provides oversight and strategic leadership for our various clinical programs.
