Medical outreach program is the primary mechanism through which Rwanda Military Hospital (RMH) delivers its specialized services for underserved, hard to reach communities living in rural areas across Rwanda.It is important to note that mobile outreach service delivery is a strategy being used to effectively bridge the gap hence making access easier, and by removing barriers more opportunities for people to use outreach services are created.
