About us

Our Mission The Association (TAPS) is committed to:
  1. Promote the practice, education, and the advancement of paediatric surgery in all of Tanzania.
  2. Promote and maintain high clinical and ethical research standards.
  3. Encourage the development of pediatric surgery in all areas in Tanzania.
  4. Evaluate and to do goal-directed research.
  5. Establish a forum for communications between paediatric surgeons in Tanzania and other parts of Africa and the World through scientific meetings, workshops, websites, and scholarships.
