Cordaid has a long history in Kenya, establishing a country office in Nairobi in 1991. That office is now replaced by a smaller project office.

All our programs in Kenya fall within the scope of Resilience. They include disaster risk reduction and response, governance, economic empowerment, as well as lobby and advocacy.

We work closely together with local communities, local civil society organizations (CSOs), the private sector and the National and County Governments.
