Dr. Salim Abdulla is a Clinical Epidemiologist and former Chief Executive Director of the Ifakara Health Institute (IHI). He serves as member in various technical and advisory committees at national and international level, including the African Advisory Committee on Health Research and Development of the World Health Organisation-Africa Region. Dr. Salim Abdulla’s work is mainly focused on evaluation of new interventions for malaria including diagnostics, insecticide treated nets, drugs and vaccines for malaria.
