Mr. Halfan Ngowo is a Research Officer with BSc. in Applied Statistics from Mzumbe University, and MSc. Quantitative Methods in Biodiversity Conservation and Epidemiology from University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. Mr Ngowo has been working with the institute since 2012. During his early years he was working as research officer in a project focused on the demonstration and implementation of low cost food-banking schemes with the aim of keeping excess amount of food produce for families for ensuring food security hence reducing the risk of malnourished children in the community
