Dr. Richard K. Mugambe (PhD) is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Disease Control and Environmental Health. He holds a PhD in Global Health from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (2014), a Masters in Environmental Sciences and technology from Wageningen University, the Netherlands (2007) and a Bachelors degree in Environmental Health from Makerere University (2003).
