Dr. David Lubogo (MBChB, MPH) is a Lecturer at Makerere University College of Health Sciences, School of Public Health, Department of Community Health and Behavioural Sciences.

He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and Master of Public Health (MPH) from Makerere University. He has attended several post graduate trainings in areas such as HIV/AIDS prevention and care, Nutrition, Public Health in Complex Emergencies, Community Risk Assessment and Maternal and Child Health.
