Dr. S. O. Baine holds a PhD in Health Economics from the University of Keele, Master of Public Health degree from the University of Leeds, Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree, Makerere University.
