David Mabirizi is the deputy director for country programs for the SIAPS program. He is responsible for managing and monitoring the progress of SIAPS country programs and health area portfolios. As part of the SIAPS senior management team, Mr. Mabirizi works to ensure consistency, coordination, linkages, and integration across all components of the program while providing key project management support, guidance, and supervision to over 20 in-country teams.
