Dr. Benedicta Masanja is the THPS Technical Director. In that role she provides technical guidance and strategic direction for HIV clinical care and supports all technical staff to ensure a high quality of care and standardization of activities across THPS- supported sites in Pwani and Mtwara, in accordance with national and international standards.
