Dr. Sisty Moshi (MD, MPH, MSc Epidemiology) is the THPS Director of Programs, and in that capacity he oversees program implementation. Dr. Moshi has over 10 years of experience in HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs, both as a manager and a clinical practitioner, including working for seven years as a district medical officer in Lindi region in southern Tanzania.Formerly, Dr. Moshi was a capacity-building advisor for ICAP - Columbia University in Tanzania, and he helped to oversee the transition of programs funded by the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) from ICAP to THPS.
