Antoinette (Toni) Habinshuti returned to Rwanda after several years in the United States to serve as managing director for PIH/IMB. Her prior experience includes serving as the Africa Partnerships Manager for a Washington DC-based international advocacy organization, Institute for Inclusive Security, as well as Women Thrive Worldwide.
