Prof. Dr Stephen Rulisa is a Full Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Dean School of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Rwanda.Prior to this, he was head of department of obstetrics and gynecology at University of Rwanda, he also headed department of Research at University Teaching hospital of Kigali, and he also holds other adjunct appointments at other International Universities.
