Thereza Piloya is currently an Assistant Lecturer in Department of Paediatric and Child Health - School of Medicine, College of Health Sciences, Makerere University-Kampala. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBchB) at Makerere University, Faculty of Medicine in 2002, and MMED Paediatrics (2010) and currently she is a European Society of Paediatrics Endocrinology Fellow at the Paediatric Endocrinology Training Centre for Africa in Nairobi. Her current research focus is on Non communicable diseases (NCDs) and its association with the common infectious diseases in children and adolescents.
