Mrs. Ruth Mubeezi Neebye is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Disease Control and Environmental Health. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health from Makerere University and a Masters Degree in Environmental Science from Wageningen University (Netherlands).
