Dr. Juliet Ndimwibo Babirye MD, MPH is a Lecturer in infectious disease (HIV, Malaria) and non-communicable disease control; which she has done for the last 11 years. She obtained her medical degrees from Makerere University in 1996 and her Master of Public Health by Research in 2005 from University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia. Juliet was a fellow at the Center for AIDS Reasearch at Case Western Reserve University in 2002. She has leadership, clinical and research experience.
