Aloysius Mutebi is currently a Research Fellow/Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Health Policy Planning and Management, School of Public Health, College of Health Sciences, Makerere University-Kampala. He attained a Statistician degree from Makerere University, Uganda in 1996. He later did a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Planning Techniques with computer applications at the Institute of Social Studies, Netherlands in 1999. He also did a Masters of Public Health at the Makerere University School of Public Health in 2004.
