Dr David Kabagema is currently the Deputy Director of the Regional Centre of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering, Rehabilitation and Mobility Sciences, which is hosted by the University of Rwanda (UR). David is in charge of implementation of academic, research and development activities of the Centre. At the same time David is a senior lecturer in the School of Health Sciences, College of Medicine and Health Sciences (UR), where he lectures various modules including Professional Therapeutic exercises, Professional Ethics and Research Methodology. He is a research supervisor of various postgraduate students, including three PhD candidates.
