PSI/Tanzania is working to prevent malaria through the distribution and promotion of ITNs and the social marketing of Ngao insecticide treatment kits.
Through behavior change communication PSI/Tanzania aims to provide powerful community based behavior change communications (BCC) strategies to malaria to change and improve awareness of malaria prevention and management in Tanzania with focus to the disadvantaged areas (rural areas) through community-initiated activities, trained community change agents and supported by External Rural Engagement (ERE).
