The Livelihoods and Food Security Technical Assistance II (LIFT II) project strengthens the continuum of care for people living with HIV and other at-risk households by providing technical assistance that connects health sector clients with context-appropriate, market-led economic strengthening, livelihoods and food security opportunities.
LIFT II is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).In Tanzania, LIFT II is implemented in partnership with the Tanzania Food and Nutrition Centre, Imarisha (which means “strengthening” in Swahili) and FHI 360’s FANTA project in the Iringa and Mbeya regions.
