    While new HIV infections have fallen 38 percent since 2001, countries still face the challenge of diagnosing clients, and enrolling and retaining them in treatment.

    Within Sub-Saharan Africa, where IMA works on HIV/AIDS, only 37 percent of eligible clients are on HIV treatment.
