    Because 96% of THPS supported HFs are located in remote areas, we established an innovative mechanism of empowering expert PLHIV clients as VL sample transport agents from spokes to hubs, and hubs to testing labs and to date sample rejection rates are <1% and not related to transportation.

    20 Interns were placed at all SNUs to support VL testing, correct documentation, and results management for timely patient clinical monitoring including EAC.
