• The KCRI Bioinformatics Unit was set up in 2014 as part of our ongoing collaboration with the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). The unit is building up a knowledge base and tool chain for analysing genomics data. In close collaboration with the KCRI Genomics Unit, the unit aims to identify strains of infectious agents in order to uncover drug resistance patterns and to determine outbreak sources through analysis of molecular relatedness.
