Health Systems Strengthening /DLP Technical Advisor

Reports to: Project Coordinator – District Led Programming (DLP) Job Summary: The HSS-DLP Technical Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support to the districts to enhance planning, coordination and monitoring of the decentralized HIV response within supported districts.

He/she will also strengthen capacity for data use among district health teams to promote evidence based decision for the HIV programs.
